TRUE Community Credit Union is looking for a full-time Member Solutions Specialist to join our team. If you are passionate about helping people navigate financial challenges with empathy, integrity, and professionalism, we'd love to meet you.

As a Member Solutions Specialist, you'll be a trusted partner for members during challenging times. You'll help them navigate financial difficulties, create solutions that support their financial well-being, and protect their future while living out our people-first mission and values. Position Details

Location: Hybrid

Travel: 10-15%

Status: Full-Time, Non-Exempt

Pay & Benefits

• $21.75 - $26.00 per hour based on experience

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED required
• 1-2 years of related experience incustomer service, sales, call center/phone-based support, collections, financial services, or a related field

The ideal candidate can confidently navigate difficult conversations, analyze situations, recommend appropriate solutions, and negotiate repayment options with professionalism and empathy. They are detail-oriented, comfortable using technology, and able to interpret regulations while maintaining accurate records and delivering exceptional member service.
