City of Indianapolis and Marion County seeks a Regional Manager to supervise park managers and lead the delivery of core recreation services including youth programs, arts, environment, sports, and aquatics. You will develop strategic and tactical plans, manage resources, and ensure organizational compliance.

The role requires high levels of independent judgment and collaboration with city leadership, managing budgets and staff while promoting equity and inclusion across diverse communities.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree and six (6) years of managerial experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with fiscal and personnel procedures in the public sector.
• Strong communication with top-level management and community advocates.

Responsabilidades

• Administers regional park management and program delivery in the region.
• Oversees budgeting, procurement, and allocation of resources.
• Develops and monitors operations budgets and performance metrics.
