Parking Management Company (PMC) is seeking a Regional Commercial Parking Manager to lead multiple site operations across a designated region. You will mentor managers, enhance client relationships, and drive revenue growth while ensuring service excellence across hotels, resorts, and event venues.

The role emphasizes strategic planning, budgeting, and collaboration with HR and leadership to implement market-competitive programs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years supervisory or related customer service/hospitality management experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and transportation required; clean background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for multiple locations and oversee teams to ensure high-quality service and operational efficiency.
• Develop and promote new business opportunities, cultivate client relationships, and expand the region’s accounts.
• Oversee revenue reporting, budgets, P&L, and labor/non-labor costs across locations.
• Recruit, hire, and onboard managers; implement programs to boost morale and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain travel to sites for performance oversight and launches; communicate performance insights to leadership.
