Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 10+ years in healthcare/biopharmaceutical marketing or equivalent.

• Experience leading institutional sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Leads a team of 4-5 pain territory account managers and 4-5 TBMs to drive regional results.
• Establishes clear business plans, metrics, and regional goals.
• Coaches team using data analytics and field insights.
• Guides formulary, pathway, and protocol placements within institutions.
• Develops long-term account relationships and cross-functional collaboration.
• Aligns with US Pain Marketing to drive performance.
• Fosters a positive, high-performing team culture.
• Ensures forecast achievement through coaching and development.
