Responsibilities

• Leads a regional team of PTAMs and TBMs to achieve regional goals.
• Develops and executes clear business plans and metrics for the region.
• Uses data analytics and field insights to guide strategy and achieve patient-focused outcomes.
• Oversees strategic account plans and formulary, pathway, and protocol placements.
• Collaborates with internal stakeholders to drive performance.
• Fosters a positive, compliant team culture and coaching.
• Ensures forecast achievement by coaching and development.
