Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers throughout the assigned territory.
• Grow sales of packaging materials, including roll stock, thermoforming film and other vacuum packaging materials.
• Identify opportunities to introduce capital packaging equipment to existing customers.
• Prospect for new customers and develop new business opportunities.
• Manage the complete sales process from initial contact through to commercial close.
• Understand customer applications and recommend appropriate packaging solutions.
• Generate recurring revenue through effective account development and customer retention.
• Work closely with internal teams to support quotations, equipment proposals and customer requirements.
• Develop a structured territory plan and prioritise opportunities based on commercial potential.
• Maintain regular face-to-face contact with customers and prospects across the territory.
• Monitor market activity, competitors and emerging customer requirements.
• Represent the business professionally at industry events and trade shows.
• Balance consumables-focused activity with longer-term capital equipment opportunities.
