Job summary

Solenis is seeking a Sales Service Professional/Regional role to manage distributor relationships across a multi-state region and work with the National Key Account Distribution team to support regional offices and local branches.

The incumbent will handle high-level distributor relationships with key stakeholders and coordinate sales training, business reviews, and development activities with partners in the market.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in outside sales.
• Prior experience managing distribution relationships at a high level.
• Willingness to travel within the multi-state region ~50% (overnight as needed).

Responsibilities

• Contract, pricing and portal management
• Sales training and business development events (trade shows, customer events)
• Acting as a liaison between regional field sales and distributor sales teams
• Executive-level relationship management including quarterly business reviews and joint planning
• Work with Territory Sales Managers to align field and distributor sales teams
• Track and report distributor performance using Salesforce and other tools
• Develop and grow new distributors as needed to expand reach
