Job summary

Solenis is seeking a Commercial Regional Director to lead Diversey’s institutional accounts in the region, drive growth, and ensure world-class service across a large field team. You will own the P&L, align Sales and Service, and build scalable capabilities to deliver customer outcomes and revenue growth.

The role focuses on commercial excellence, digital enablement, data‑driven decisions, and coordination across six continents with a strong emphasis on leadership and market expansion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Operations, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of commercial experience.
• 5+ years leading large teams.
• 10+ years’ experience collaborating with sales, service, and commercial teams.
• Experience in B2B chemicals, food service, retail, hospitality, or institutional environments.
• Demonstrated success improving commercial performance and operational efficiency.
• Excellent commercial skills and experience promoting, selling, and closing deals.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and P&L performance.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate at national level and sell at operational level.
• Strong business and financial acumen including budgeting and cost-to-serve management.
• Proven change leadership, communication, and coaching capability.

Responsibilities

• Safety, Leadership & Team Development: Lead District Managers and Field teams to drive service excellence and customer retention/growth.
• Commercial Collaboration & Customer Value Creation: Identify opportunities, develop end‑to‑end account strategies, and grow the sales funnel.
• Service Excellence & Operational Execution: Improve field performance and deliver multi-site projects within SOPs and SLAs.
• Financial Management & Performance Accountability: Meet revenue and gross profit targets and manage regional budgets and cost-to-serve.
