Job summary

KSPS PBS in Spokane, WA is seeking an Impact Coordinator to expand Career Explore NW across the region, focusing on education outreach in Eastern Washington. You will build relationships with educators, schools, students, employers, and community partners, coordinating events and gathering insights to improve resources and programming.

Working with the Career Explore NW Director and teams in Marketing, Production, Development, and Education, this role serves as a community-facing ambassador for

Qualifications

• Experience in education, workforce development, community outreach, nonprofit service, or related field preferred.
• Strong organizational and project-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting to groups.
• Ability to travel regularly across Inland Northwest with occasional evenings/weekends.
• Proficiency with common office technology.

Responsibilities

• Identify and maintain a regional calendar of outreach opportunities.
• Represent KSPS PBS at events to grow adoption of Career Explore NW.
• Coordinate Career Explore NW Live sessions with schools and businesses.
• Collect impact data and feedback to support program improvement.
• Support grant reporting and cross-department projects.
