Job summary

KSPS PBS in Spokane, WA, seeks an Impact Coordinator to expand adoption and measurable impact of Career Explore NW across the region, with emphasis on education outreach in Eastern Washington. You will build relationships with educators, schools, students, employers, and community partners, coordinating Career Explore NW Live and engagement activities.

Reporting to the Director, you will track usage and outcomes, gather stakeholder feedback, and translate insights into stronger outreach,

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in education, workforce development, or nonprofit outreach preferred.
• Strong organizational and project-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Identify and maintain calendars of regional career fairs and outreach events.
• Represent KSPS PBS Career Explore NW at events to grow adoption of the tool.
• Engage schools and districts across Inland Northwest for targeted outreach.
• Coordinate Career Explore NW Live sessions and related activities.
