Job summary

Covestro seeks a Regional OT Expert – Americas to deliver hands-on OT security and infrastructure support across multiple sites in the Americas. You will work with PA-OT teams to implement security measures, manage patching, and advise on DCS IT considerations to sustain secure operations.

The role requires extensive OT/IT experience, knowledge of industrial protocols, and the ability to collaborate across cultures and functions; travel within the Americas is expected.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in OT/IT networking, process automation, or industrial cybersecurity.
• Strong knowledge of OT security standards and practices.
• TWIC eligibility within a reasonable timeframe.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on OT security support for Americas sites to reduce risk.
• Operate and maintain centralized OT infrastructure and patch management.
• Contribute to global OT architecture standards with regional input.
• Consult on industrial communication protocols and IIoT networks.
• Act as regional liaison between IT, OT security and engineering teams.
