Job summary

Saputo Cheese USA Inc. is seeking an OT Regional Manager to ensure reliability, security, and compliance of Operational Technology across assigned sites in the Midwest region.

You will drive uptime, coordinate with IT and engineering, and lead incident responses while fostering best practices in governance and training. The role requires 7+ years in OT/Industrial Automation, PLC/HMI knowledge, and strong collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Automation, Industrial Technology, CS, IT or related field.
• 7+ years in OT, industrial automation, control systems, or manufacturing tech across multiple sites.
• Experience leading technical projects and cross-functional collaboration.
• Knowledge of PLC programming, HMI, industrial networks, IT/OT infrastructure, and P&IDs.
• OT cybersecurity, vulnerability management, system compliance, and modernization exposure.

Responsibilities

• Provide regional leadership for OT systems across multiple facilities with focus on reliability and cybersecurity.
• Drive uptime improvements, reduce OT risks, and support productivity objectives.
• Serve as escalation point for OT issues, lead incident response and root-cause analysis.
• Champion business continuity and disaster recovery for critical OT systems.
• Promote OT governance, standards, and best practices across the region.
• Collaborate with plant leadership, engineering, maintenance, and operations on improvements.
• Coach OT Site Leads and develop technical expertise across locations.
• Lead training programs and documentation to support standardization.
• Build relationships with site stakeholders and advise on OT priorities and investments.
• Partner with Corporate IT/Cybersecurity to strengthen security postures and reduce risk.
