Job summary

BOND Orthodontic Partners is seeking an Orthodontic Regional Manager for the Pacific Northwest. This role oversees all non-clinical operations across 6+ practices in the region, driving revenue growth and supporting practice success through strong PM leadership and staff development.

The RM will travel up to 40% of the time to partner offices, mentor PMs, and report performance to senior leadership. A bachelor’s degree and prior multi-location management experience are preferred.

• Multi-location dental operations experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of non-clinical activities across multiple practices.
• Travel to regional practices to support operations and training.
• Build strong relationships with practice owners and act as advisor for growth.
• Oversee profit and loss in partnership with Practice Manager.
• Own training and development of the Practice Manager.
• Present key metrics to VP of Operations and leadership.
