• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field preferred.

• Experience leading facilities in material handling, heavy equipment, or industrial service preferred.
• Strong leadership and accountability.
• Proven P&L and budget ownership.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.
• Valid driver’s license and insurability.

Responsibilities

• Lead growth and operational strategy for the Parts & Service business across regional branches.
• Drive performance, implement standardized processes, and ensure adherence to budgets and plans.
• Own the Parts & Service P&L and ensure annual financial objectives are met.
• Develop talent and coach branch managers and technicians to improve capability.
• Lead Customer Support Team and train local managers to train others.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and identify opportunities for parts, service, and rentals.
