Job summary

Coric Equipment is seeking an Operations Manager to lead growth and standardize operations for the Parts & Service business across branches. You will drive performance, manage the P&L, and work with the Regional Operations Director to implement efficiency and best practices.

The role focuses on coaching branch leaders, optimizing assets, and advancing customer relationships while ensuring safety and compliance in a dynamic field environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, engineering or related field.
• 2-5+ years of business and/or service leadership experience, with facility leadership.
• Material handling, heavy equipment, or industrial service background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive operational and financial performance across branches by analyzing key metrics and ensuring branch profitability.
• Lead the Parts & Service P&L and align with annual objectives.
• Develop and implement programs to improve competitiveness and profitability.
• Ensure branches have resources to execute plans and meet targets.
• Coach and develop branch leaders, technicians, and service staff to raise performance.
• Promote a positive culture and high morale across teams.
• Identify and cultivate customer relationships to generate parts, service, and rental sales.
