Job summary

Coric Equipment is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the Parts & Service business across branches. You will drive growth, standardize processes, and partner with the Regional Operations Director to raise operational performance.

The role requires 2-5+ years of leadership experience and a strong background in material handling or industrial service. You will coach managers, manage budgets, and push for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field is preferred.
• 2-5+ years of business and/or service leadership experience; experience leading facilities is a plus.
• Material handling, heavy equipment, or industrial service background is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive performance and profitability across branches by analyzing key metrics.
• Own P&L for Parts & Service; ensure revenues, costs, and margins meet targets.
• Develop programs to improve competitiveness and profitability of operations.
• Ensure branches have resources to achieve annual financial goals.
• Build talent by coaching and evaluating branch leaders and staff.
• Lead the Customer Support Team and train local managers to operate independently.
• Promote a positive culture and high morale across teams.
• Identify customer relationships and opportunities for parts, service, and rentals.
• Understand market needs and Coric’s strengths/weaknesses to position for success.
• Represent Coric in industry groups and public forums.
