Job summary

FoxTrot Aviation Services is seeking a Regional Manager I to oversee safety, operations, and client relations across multiple locations from CVG. The role requires frequent site visits, staffing oversight, and ensuring adherence to corporate policies while achieving revenue and labor goals.

The RM I will work with the Safety/Training Department to train staff, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of managerial experience in safety/operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Ability to travel to multiple locations and work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety and compliance across locations and uphold FoxTrot standards.
• Oversee scheduling, staffing, and administrative tasks; manage revenue and labor targets.
• Coordinate training initiatives with Safety/Training Department and lead quality improvements.
• Engage with clients, generate location reports, and monitor KPI performance.
• Maintain equipment readiness, inventory accuracy, and facility inspections.
