Job summary

FoxTrot Aviation Services seeks a Regional Manager to oversee operations across multiple airports in Texas, including IAH, DFW, and DAL. You will ensure safety standards, lead a field team, and coordinate training with the Safety/Training Department.

This role requires regular overnight travel, management of staffing, scheduling, budgeting, and client relations to achieve revenue and labor targets. A bachelor’s degree and 3 years of managerial experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Safety, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations, training practices, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct unannounced site visits to ensure safety policy adherence.
• Oversee location scheduling and staffing to meet client requirements.
• Coordinate training with Safety/Training Department for all team members.
• Manage client relations and generate weekly location reports.
