Job summary

FoxTrot Aviation Services seeks a Regional Manager I based in the Cleveland area to oversee safety standards, staffing, and client relations across Ohio locations with travel to Dayton, CMH, ILN, CVG, and CAK. This role demands hands-on leadership, proactive training, and strong financial oversight.

The RM I will partner with Safety/Training to ensure team proficiency, perform site visits, manage scheduling, and maintain revenue and labor goals while remaining onsite as required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a managerial role focused on safety, operations, and client relations.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations, training practices, and compliance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel consistently and manage multiple locations effectively.

Responsibilities

• Safety and compliance: conduct unannounced site visits, identify shortfalls, hold safety meetings, train staff, and report incidents.
• Operational management: oversee location scheduling, address turnover, manage administrative training, and approve raises with ownership.
• Equipment and supplies: recommend capital improvements, review supply audits, ensure good working order, and schedule ad hoc project needs.
• Client and quality management: engage in customer troubleshooting, manage client relations, and produce weekly reports and audits.
• Training and development: coordinate training needs, address deficiencies, and maintain open communication with customers and management.
• Revenue and financial goals: hit revenue targets, monitor scheduling, and manage contracts, staffing, and planning decisions.
• Administrative duties: audit vehicles, communicate deficiencies, and ensure routine checklists and cash flow targets.
