Job summary

FoxTrot Aviation Services is seeking a Regional Manager based at Akron Canton Airport (CAK) with travel responsibilities across Ohio. The RM I will ensure safety standards, oversee scheduling, staffing, and client relations, and drive revenue and labor goals.

The role requires onsite presence, frequent site visits, and collaboration with Safety/Training to keep all team members proficient in safety categories. Travel to DAY, CMH, ILN, CVG, CLE is expected.

Qualifications

• Proven managerial experience with focus on safety, operations, and client relations.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations, training practices, and compliance.
• Ability to travel consistently and manage multiple locations effectively.

Responsibilities

• Safety & Compliance: conduct site visits, uphold Foxtrot safety policies, and training initiatives.
• Operational Management: oversee scheduling, staffing, and revenue/labor targets.
• Equipment & Supplies: assess equipment needs and maintain safety/compliance.
• Client & Quality Management: manage client relations and generate weekly reports; ensure audits.
• Training & Development: coordinate safety/training across teams and ensure compliance.
• Revenue & Financial Goals: hit revenue targets and manage budgeting and planning.
• Administrative Duties: travel regularly and ensure 100% checklist compliance.
