Job summary

FoxTrot Aviation Services in the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky region seeks a Regional Manager I to oversee safety, operations, and client relations across multiple airports. The role requires frequent site visits, travel, and the ability to manage staffing, schedules, and budgets while upholding FoxTrot safety standards.

You will lead training, monitor performance, and drive revenue targets with six travel days per month and readiness for day or night shifts.

Qualifications

• Proven managerial experience with focus on safety, operations and client relations.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and compliance.
• Ability to travel consistently and manage multiple locations.

Responsibilities
