BayMark Health Services seeks a Regional Director of Operations to oversee and optimize treatment centers across Ohio, with flexibility to be located in TN or AL. You will serve as a business unit owner, supervising Treatment Center Directors and ensuring clinical, financial, and operational success.

You will drive growth, build high-performing teams, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver high-quality patient care while aligning regional goals with BayMark's strategic plan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Ten years of healthcare management and operations experience.
• Experience with Medication-Assisted Treatment or substance use disorder treatment preferred.
• Experience in outpatient Mental Health services required.
• Multisite operations experience required.
• Ability to read and interpret financial data.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% (3 out of 4 weeks).

Responsabilités

• Provide strategic direction to Treatment Center Directors and staff.
• Develop and execute regional plans to meet financial, operational, and clinical goals.
• Monitor budgets and financial performance; take action to improve results.
• Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local regulations across centers.
• Build and develop leadership teams; drive patient growth and access to services.
• Represent BayMark in community and industry settings to build relationships.
• Oversee HR activities, staffing, and staff development.
• Align regional objectives with BayMark's strategic goals and annual plans.
