The role requires 10+ years in healthcare operations, a bachelor’s degree (advanced degree a plus), and willingness to travel up to 75%. You will shape strategy and build high-performing teams to transform patient care.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of senior-level healthcare operations experience, preferably in behavioral health or SUD treatment.
• Proven success managing multi-site operations and leading cross-functional teams.
• Strong financial acumen and operational insight.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional strategy and oversee clinical, operational, and financial performance.
• Directly lead Treatment Center Directors and coach leaders for results.
• Monitor budgets and drive sustainability and profitability.
• Maintain quality and compliance with federal, state, and company policies.
• Expand patient access, retention, and community engagement across sites.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to align regional execution with priorities.
