BayMark Health Services is seeking a Regional Director of Operations to lead our Washington, Illinois, Nebraska, and North Dakota treatment centers. This executive role demands strategic vision, cross-site leadership, and accountability for quality, compliance, and financial performance.

You will own regional strategy, coach center directors, optimize operations, and drive growth while maintaining patient-focused care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree a plus.
• 10+ years of senior-level healthcare operations experience, preferably in behavioral health or substance use disorder treatment.
• Proven success managing multi-site operations and leading cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to travel 75%.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional strategy: oversee clinical, operational, and financial performance; set and execute growth plans.
• Inspire high-performing teams: coach and develop center directors; drive accountability for results.
• Operational ownership: monitor budgets, optimize financial performance, and resolve issues.
• Ensure quality & compliance: adhere to federal/state policies while prioritizing patient care.
• Drive access & growth: expand patient access, retention, and community engagement across the portfolio.
• Collaborate with executive leadership: align regional execution with organizational priorities.
