Job summary

BayMark Health Services, the nation’s leading provider of opioid treatment programs, is seeking a Regional Director of Operations to lead our Washington, Illinois, Nebraska, and North Dakota sites. This executive role is for a seasoned leader passionate about patient care, organizational performance, and strategic growth.

As Regional Director, you will serve as regional CEO, own performance of multiple treatment centers, and drive quality, compliance, and financial results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree a plus.
• 10+ years of senior-level healthcare operations experience, preferably in behavioral health or substance use disorder treatment.
• Proven success managing multi-site operations and leading cross-functional teams.
• Strong financial acumen and operational insight.
• Willingness to travel 75%.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional strategy: Oversee clinical, operational, and financial performance; set and execute strategic plans to meet aggressive growth and performance goals.
• Inspire High-Performing Teams: Directly lead Treatment Center Directors; coach, develop, and hold leaders accountable for results.
• Operational Ownership: Monitor financial performance, optimize budgets, and proactively resolve issues to ensure sustainability and profitability.
• Ensure Quality & Compliance: Maintain rigorous adherence to federal, state, and company policies while prioritizing exceptional patient care.
• Drive Access & Growth: Expand patient access, retention, and community engagement across your portfolio.
• Collaborate with Executive Leadership: Partner with national leaders to align regional execution with organizational priorities.
