You will lead diverse clinical and operational teams, drive growth, ensure quality and compliance, and deliver measurable results in a mission-driven environment.

The role requires 10+ years in healthcare operations, strong financial acumen, and the ability to travel up to 75%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree a plus.
• 10+ years of senior-level healthcare operations experience, preferably in behavioral health or substance use disorder treatment.
• Proven success managing multi-site operations and leading cross-functional teams.
• Strong financial acumen and operational insight.
• Adept at driving cultural transformation, team engagement, and measurable outcomes.
• Willingness to travel 75%.

Responsibilities

• Lead Regional Strategy: oversee clinical, operational, and financial performance; set and execute strategic plans.
• Inspire High-Performing Teams: directly lead Treatment Center Directors; coach and develop leaders.
• Operational Ownership: monitor financial performance, budgets, and resolve issues for sustainability.
• Ensure Quality & Compliance: maintain adherence to federal, state, and company policies while prioritizing patient care.
• Drive Access & Growth: expand patient access, retention, and community engagement across portfolio.
• Collaborate with Executive Leadership: partner with national leaders to align regional execution.
