Eurest is seeking a Regional Director of Operations to lead multiple districts, driving service quality, financial growth, and operational consistency. You will oversee District and General Managers, champion best practices, and manage regional budgets while fostering engagement and accountability.

The role emphasizes travel across Texas and Oklahoma, with a car allowance and potential relocation support for the right candidate as part of a dynamic, 24/7 hospitality environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Operations, or related field.
• 5+ years of multi-unit operations leadership experience in high-volume hospitality, corporate services, or retail environments.
• Experience supporting new business openings or multi-site growth.
• Proven track record of operational excellence and brand standards.
• Executive leadership, talent acquisition, and mentoring district leadership teams.
• Strong financial acumen with multi-site P&L budgets, revenue strategy, and cost controls.
• Client relationship management and strategic communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Multi-Unit Operational Leadership: oversee District Managers and General Managers to ensure excellence and compliance.
• Talent Management: recruit, mentor, and develop leadership across the region.
• Financial Performance: manage regional P&L, budgeting, revenue growth, and efficiency.
• Quality & Standards: conduct site visits and audits to ensure policy adherence and safety.
• Client Relations: maintain high client satisfaction and resolve escalations.
• Strategic Growth: lead regional rollouts of initiatives and technology implementations.
