Eurest is seeking a Regional Director of Operations to lead multiple districts across Texas and Oklahoma. You will drive service quality, financial growth, and brand standards while developing a high-performing leadership team in a dynamic, 24/7 hospitality environment.

This role requires strategic vision, travel up to 90% within Texas and Oklahoma, and the ability to translate initiatives into tangible results for corporate cafes and on-site dining programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Operations, or related field.
• 5+ years of multi-unit operations leadership in hospitality, corporate services, or retail environments.
• Experience supporting new business openings, operational transitions, or multi-site growth initiatives is preferred.
• Proven track record of driving operational excellence, consistency, and process improvements across multiple districts.
• Demonstrated capability in executive leadership, talent acquisition, and mentoring district leadership teams.
• Strong financial acumen with extensive experience managing multi-site P&L budgets, revenue strategy, cost controls, and performance metrics analysis.
• Exceptional client relationship management, strategic communication, and change management skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct oversight and strategic direction to District Managers and General Managers, ensuring operational excellence and brand consistency across locations.
• Recruit, mentor, and evaluate DMs; build a leadership pipeline and drive succession planning.
• Oversee regional financial results, P&L performance, budgeting, and revenue growth strategies.
• Conduct regular site visits and audits to ensure adherence to brand standards and safety.
• Partner with DMs and clients to maintain high customer satisfaction and resolve escalated issues.
• Lead regional rollouts of corporate initiatives, technology implementations, and operational enhancements.
