The Regional Director of Operations at Eurest USA leads multi-unit hospitality operations across Texas and Oklahoma, building high-performing teams and delivering exceptional guest experiences. This role requires up to 90% travel and a strategic mindset to scale programs, ensure brand standards, and drive performance in a dynamic, 24/7 environment.

Reporting to senior leadership, you’ll oversee District Managers, manage budgets, and partner with clients to sustain growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of multi-unit operations leadership in high-volume hospitality or corporate services.
• Experience managing District Managers.
• Track record of improving operations and brand adherence.
• Strong financial acumen and budgeting experience.
• Ability to lead change and mentor leaders.

Responsabilités

• Provide oversight to District Managers and General Managers across locations.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop leadership talent.
• Oversee regional P&L, budgeting, and revenue growth.
• Conduct site visits and audits to ensure quality and compliance.
• Drive strategic growth through program rollouts and technology implementations.
• Maintain client relationships and drive customer satisfaction.
