Eurest USA is seeking a Regional Director of Operations to lead multi-site hospitality operations across Texas and Oklahoma, driving growth, service quality, and brand standards. The role requires hands-on leadership and travel up to 90% to support diverse locations.

You will partner with market leaders to launch new sites, develop talent, and implement innovative programs that enhance guest experiences and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of multi-unit operations leadership experience in hospitality, corporate services, or retail, managing District Managers.
• Experience supporting new openings, transitions, or multi-site growth initiatives.
• Proven track record of operational excellence and adherence to brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee District Managers and General Managers to ensure operational excellence and brand consistency across locations.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop DMs; build leadership pipeline and succession plans.
• Manage regional P&L, budgeting, and revenue growth strategies to maximize profit.
• Conduct site visits and audits to ensure safety, policies, and service quality.
• Partner with DMs to maintain high client satisfaction and resolve issues.
• Lead regional rollouts of initiatives and technology implementations.
