You will drive financial performance, operational excellence, and brand standards across a wide Texas and Oklahoma footprint, while developing leadership talent and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

The role requires up to 90% travel, a car allowance, and potential relocation support for the right candidate, as Eurest expands its hospitality

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field.
• 5+ years of multi-unit operations leadership in hospitality, corporate services, or retail.
• Experience launching new locations and managing multi-site growth.
