Job summary

Eurest, part of Compass Group USA, seeks a Regional Director of Operations to lead multiple districts, drive service quality, and grow the business across Texas and Oklahoma. The role requires up to 90% travel and oversees District Managers and General Managers to ensure brand standards, financial growth, and engaging teams.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Operations, or a related field.
• 5+ years of multi-unit operations leadership experience in high-volume hospitality, corporate services, or retail environments, directly managing District Managers.
• Proven track record of driving operational excellence, consistency, and process improvements across multiple districts.

Responsibilities

• Multi-Unit Operational Leadership: Oversight and direction to District Managers and General Managers to ensure operational excellence and brand consistency across locations.
• Talent Management & Leadership Development: Recruit, mentor, and evaluate DMs; build leadership pipeline and drive succession planning.
• Financial Performance & Business Strategy: Oversee regional P&L, budgeting, and revenue growth strategies; analyze metrics to maximize profit.
• Quality Control & Brand Standards: Conduct site visits and audits to ensure adherence to policies and safety standards.
• Customer Satisfaction & Client Relations: Maintain high customer satisfaction, resolve escalated issues, and foster client relationships.
• Strategic Growth & Initiative Execution: Lead regional rollouts of corporate initiatives and technology implementations.
