Job summary

Villas of Holly Brook and Reflections Memory Care seeks a Regional Director of Operations to oversee multiple initiatives across Illinois locations. The role requires hands-on leadership, meeting facilitation, and effective communication with residents, families, staff, and government officials.

The position manages budgets, project scope, and risk, driving process improvements and coordination across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 3-5 years multi-site management experience.
• Must live or be willing to relocate to Central Illinois.
• Proficient experience in Independent, Assisted Living, and Memory Care preferred.
• Any and all licenses in good standing.
• Able to work flexible work hours due to demands of position.
• Must pass background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Directs multiple initiatives across assigned locations and subject areas.
• Lead and present in meetings; manage work products and plans; ensure initiative completion.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, officials and state representatives.
• Develop and maintain project documentation and risk management plans.
• Organize cross-functional project meetings and coordinate integration activities.
