Qualifications

• Experience overseeing multi-site healthcare or clinical services operations.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret financial, operational, and quality data.
• Proven leadership with coaching, performance management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and revenue optimization experience.
• Commitment to excellent patient experience and service.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or healthcare; advanced degree a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee regional ophthalmology and optometry operations to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Lead and mentor practice managers and staff across multiple sites.
• Manage regional budgeting and resource allocation; monitor KPIs.
