Job summary

Ascend Vision Partners’ Magruder Eye Institute in Central Florida seeks a Regional Operations Leader to drive performance across four clinics and a busy ambulatory surgery center. The role focuses on patient flow, scheduling, and operational excellence in a high-volume ophthalmology/optometry environment.

You will partner with providers to optimize schedules, manage budgets, and lead site managers to deliver premium patient care and growth.

Qualifications

• High-Volume Healthcare Leader: proven track record managing multi-site medical practices (ophthalmology/optometry preferred).
• ASC Savvy: understands scheduling, compliance, and flow of ambulatory surgery centers.
• Master of Efficiency: uses data and workflow redesign to eliminate bottlenecks.
• An Inspiring Communicator: builds trust with physicians, executives, and frontline staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 4 clinical locations and an ASC, driving patient flow and operational efficiency.
• Partner with 8–10 providers to optimize schedules and productivity.
• Manage regional budget, staffing, supplies, and key performance indicators.
