Qualifications

• High school diploma required; higher degree a plus.
• Minimum 5 years in multi-family housing/site management.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Superior communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
• Strong problem-solving and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct onsite audits and assist Community Managers as needed.
• Provide after-action reports and improvement recommendations.
• Assist in recruiting and interview support for regional managers.
• Onboard and train new hires in their positions.
• Train associates on company programs, leasing, marketing, and customer service.
• Manage projects, timelines, and deadlines.
