Regional Operations Trainer

The Operations Trainer serves as the primary contact for all training and on-site, new-hire orientation within their assigned region.

Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate with management to identify company training needs.
  2. Schedule and conduct individual & team training sessions as directed by Regional Manager.
  3. Plan and implement an effective training curriculum centered around new employees.
  4. Critically examine the trainees’ understanding and progress, making necessary adjustments to ensure all employees are provided sufficient training resources to be successful in their roles.
  5. Maintain an up-to-date and accurate record of trainee progress and achievements.
  6. Conduct employee surveys and interviews to collect and analyze data related to training needs; contact and utilize outside vendors and resources for instructional technology as needed.
  7. Participate in monthly meetings with Area Managers to discuss progress and improvements.
  8. Have weekly check-ins with the Training Manager for updates and training needs.
  9. Conduct and create virtual trainings when in-person sessions are unavailable, working with area supervisors to complete all training.
  10. Create and update online trainings as needed.
  11. Engage in continued training projects provided by the Training Manager.
  12. Monitor Collection Center Audit processes and provide assistance.
  13. Travel is expected approximately 75% of the time.
