Our Opportunity:
Operations Trainers own the execution of classroom and virtual training for our Operations Leaders in the Popeyes brand. As a sub-function of the PLK Americas Operations Training team, Trainers will travel up to 60% - 80% of the time facilitating training content to varying levels of management from different franchisee organizations across the country. For that reason, we are open to all home-based locations. There will be a minimum of 4 weeks of in-restaurant brand training as a part of position onboarding.
