Overview

As an Operational Trainer, you'll ensure our training needs are met to maintain high performance and continuous improvement. This role involves significant travel within specified states.

Responsibilities

• Assess training and organizational development needs within functions such as claims
• Develop training programs and classroom materials
• Lead classroom or virtual training sessions
• Report on training metrics and generate related reports
• Travel to MS, FL, LA, TX, KY, VA, NC, SC, IN, GA, TN, and AL as required

Qualifications

Required:

• High school diploma or GED
• Must be 18 or older
• PTCB certification
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• At least 2 years of presentation and facilitation experience
• Reside within 50 miles of a major international airport in specified states
• Ability to travel up to 95%

Preferred:

• Experience with adult classroom training
• Experience with virtual presentations

Compensation and Benefits

Hourly range: $19.86 - $38.85, based on experience and location. Benefits include comprehensive health plans, incentive programs, stock options, 401(k), and more.
