Job summary

South Oxford Management is seeking a Regional Operations Support to back regional property operations in the Hoboken, NJ area. The role focuses on maintaining policies, supporting Community Managers, and coordinating hiring and onboarding across a portfolio of properties.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in Multi-Family Housing, strong communication and analytical skills, and proficiency with MS Office and property software. This is a full-time, on-site position with travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work on-site five days a week.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Multi-Family Housing and Multi-Property site management.
• Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and analytical skills
• Detailed oriented; willing to travel up to 50%

Responsibilities

• Conduct onsite audits on internal compliance, Mystery Shops, KnockTours, and other focus areas.
• Serves as backup for Community Managers where necessary.
• Provide after-site reports and recommendations for improvements or training.
• Assist in recruiting top-level talent and interviewing support for Regional Managers.
• Onboard and train new hires in their positions.
• Train associates on company programs, leasing, marketing, and customer service.
• Assist with special projects and timelines.
• Drive alignment and synergy across the portfolio.
• Overseeing strategic direction for a portfolio of properties.
• Monitor financial operations to maximize NOI.
• Launch new corporate initiatives.
• Travel to properties to enhance value and support regional teams.
