South Oxford Management is seeking a Regional Operations Support to back the operations in the assigned region. You will gain deep knowledge of SOM policies, build relationships with colleagues and stakeholders, and manage varied operations needs across properties.

Responsibilities include audits, backup for Community Managers, reporting, hiring assistance, onboarding new hires, and training on leasing, marketing, and customer service. Travel up to 50% is required.

Qualifications

• Must work on-site five days a week; not remote or hybrid.
• High school diploma; Associate or bachelor’s degree a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Multi-Family Housing and Multi-Property site management.
• Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Must be willing to travel (Up to 50%)

Responsabilités

• Conduct onsite audits on internal compliance, Mystery Shops, KnockTours, and related focus areas.
• Serve as backup for Community Managers as needed.
• Provide after-site reports and improvement recommendations.
• Assist in recruiting and interviewing for Regional Managers.
• Onboard and train new hires in their roles.
• Train associates on company programs, leasing, marketing, and customer service.
• Support special projects and manage timelines and deadlines.
• Foster friendly, customer-centric interactions with customers and vendors.
• Use property management software (Yardi/Real Page) and MS Office to produce reports and documents.
• Explain legal, financial, and HR documents and present to senior managers and clients.
