Job summary

South Oxford Management LLC is seeking a Regional Operations Support to back its property operations in New Jersey. This on-site role requires a deep understanding of SOM policies, strong communication, and the ability to build relationships with community managers and vendors.

You will conduct onsite audits, assist in recruiting, onboard new hires, train staff on leasing and customer service, and drive portfolio initiatives.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work on-site five days a week; this role is not remote or hybrid eligible
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Multi-Family Housing and Multi-Property site management
• Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills
• Detail oriented and able to travel up to 50%
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Responsibilities

• Conduct onsite audits on internal compliance, Mystery Shops, KnockTours, and other focus areas
• Serve as backup for Community Managers where necessary
• Provide after-site reports and recommendations for improvements
• Assist in recruiting top-level talent and interviewing Regional Managers
• Onboard and train new hires in their positions
• Train associates on company programs, leasing, marketing, and customer service
• Assist with special projects and manage timelines and deadlines
• Drive alignment and synergy across the portfolio
