Qualifications

• Experience in a multi-location management role preferred.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with urgency.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales, operations, and profit generation for the region.
• Ensure branches have strong managers, recruiting teams, and successful sales efforts.
• Ensure 100% on-time order fulfillment across branches.
• Provide clear expectations and deliver constructive feedback with corrective action when needed.
• Direct activities to improve results and growth goals.
• Ensure regional compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Maintain regular time with clients, branch teams, sellers, and on-sites within the region.
