Job summary

Elwood Staffing seeks a Regional/Area/District Manager to drive sales, operations and profits across multiple branches within the region. You will recruit, train, and coach branch teams to ensure superior service and regulatory compliance, while maintaining strong client relationships.

Ideal candidates have multi-location management experience, excellent communication skills, and are willing to travel between branches.

Qualifications

• Experience in a multi-location management role preferred.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and resolve issues with urgency.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license required for travel between branches and client locations.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales, operations, and profit for the region.
• Ensure branches have strong managers and successful sales efforts.
• Ensure 100% on-time order fulfillment.
• Communicate expectations and provide coaching and feedback.
