Job summary

Rexel USA in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Manager Area Operations & Safety to oversee operations for multiple branches in a defined geographic area. The role includes budget responsibility, safety oversight, and P&L management to drive efficiency and compliance across the region.

The ideal candidate brings 4+ years of operational experience, a HS diploma and preferably a Bachelor’s degree, with strong leadership and analytical skills to identify improvement opportunities and ensure service quality.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of operational experience
• High School or GED is required
• 4 Year / Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Knowledge of electrical distribution industry is a plus

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations for multiple branches in a defined area
• Partner with branch managers to set and manage budgets
• Develop short and long term objectives for operations
• Implement company procedures and improve processes
• Audit reports and invoices to ensure accuracy
• Manage credits, pricing issues and vendor communications
• Oversee facilities maintenance and office equipment
• Participate in committees and drive process improvements
• Coordinate year-end inventory
• Other duties as assigned
