About the Role

Our client, a growing national retail chain, is seeking an experienced and results-oriented Regional Operations Manager to oversee operations across multiple stores in the Upington, Northern Cape region. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple retail stores within the assigned region.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in retail management, with at least 3 years in a multi-site management or regional operations role.

• Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
• Excellent understanding of retail operations, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
• Proficiency in retail management software and P&L analysis.
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
