ECAM is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to lead operations in the Seattle market, reporting to the General Manager. You will oversee financial performance, client relations, and team development in a role that blends strategic planning with hands-on management.

Responsibilities include driving profitability, optimizing labor and scheduling, building a high-performance culture, and maintaining strong client partnerships. Expect travel up to 50% as needed to support business goals.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• High school diploma with vocational training or equivalent.
• Technical background in CCTV, access control and security; understanding of basic electricity (low voltage) and electronics.
• A valid driver's license and driving record meeting company standards.
• 5+ years of Regional Operations Management experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the P&L and Drive Profitable Growth - Lead the full financial performance of the branch, delivering year-over-year revenue and margin growth.
• Optimize Workforce Strategy - Drive smart labor planning and scheduling to protect profitability and service quality.
• Build a High-Performance Culture - Create an engaged, accountable team environment and retain top talent.
• Protect and Expand Client Relationships - Maintain high client retention and strengthen partnerships.
• Develop Future Leaders - Recruit and onboard key managers and develop internal talent for promotion.
• Drive Operational Excellence - Use systems and data for disciplined execution across onboarding, scheduling, financial controls, and CRM.
• Lead with Integrity and Accountability - Model company values and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Champion Strategic Initiatives - Partner across functions to execute growth strategies and improve processes.
