Job summary

Adecco is seeking an Operations Manager to lead day-to-day field and operational activities across multiple regions, ensuring safe, on-time, on-budget project delivery and strong customer relationships.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in low-voltage or electronic security, 3+ years of leadership, and proven ability to manage complex installations and service contracts. Travel regionally and collaborate with sales, engineering, and project teams required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in low-voltage, electronic security, or related technology industry.
• 3+ years of leadership or management experience overseeing field operations, project teams, or service organizations.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex installations, projects, and/or service contracts.
• Strong understanding of project execution, scheduling, resource planning, and cost management.
• Proven ability to lead and develop technical teams.
• Strong business acumen with budgets, margins, and operational KPIs.
• Excellent communication, customer service, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to analyze operational data and translate it into actionable improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day field and operational activities across multiple regions.
• Mentor and support Project Managers, Technicians, and administrative staff.
• Oversee project schedules, staffing, resources, materials, and subcontractors.
• Ensure smooth transitions from sales/engineering to project execution.
• Monitor progress, costs, schedules, and performance.
• Build strong customer relationships and act as escalation point.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, communication, productivity, and profitability.
• Establish and monitor operational KPIs; report to leadership.
• Manage budgets and implement cost-control strategies.
• Champion safety, quality, training, and development across the organization.
• Develop and implement standardized regional operations processes.
• Support a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
