Job summary

Amrize is seeking an Operations Manager-RMX to drive strategy execution and oversee day-to-day operations across a defined market and product line in Louisiana. You will focus on productivity, customer service levels, and employee retention, while maintaining a positive work environment.

You will work with General Manager and support functions to translate objectives into measurable goals, ensure cost controls, and lead staffing plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 7 years of equivalent experience.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Field of Study: Operations Management, Business, Civil or Mechanical Engineering or related discipline or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of work experience.
• Microsoft Office and SAP are required tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all operations within a defined market and product line.
• Lead objective setting and ensure successful execution of strategies.
• Guide managers to achieve budgeted targets and improve efficiency.
