Job summary

Amrize is seeking a General Manager RMX in Plano, TX to lead the Ready Mix operations. You will drive safety, efficiency, and full P&L responsibility while shaping production strategies and long-term plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 10+ years in construction materials sector.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 10 years in leadership, with at least 5 years as General Manager.
• Frequent travel within the US; some travel overseas possible.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with SAP, Qlik Sense, and video conferencing tools.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategy execution for Ready Mix business including safety, operations and P&L.
• Oversee budgeting, reporting, and cost management to meet financial targets.
• Lead staff development, customer relations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
